Hi everyone,
I am having an "Out of Range" issue on my monitor when I try to use my new GPU (MSI Radeon 5700 XT Gaming X). Initially I had a low profile GPU (Nvidia Geforce GT 710) to test my mobo and this worked fine. When my 5700 XT came, I used DDU to uninstall the Nvidia drivers and used the same PCI-E slot. The fans on my 5700 XT do spin.
Having the HDMI plugged when I turn on my computer provides an "Out of Range" issue and I am unable to go into safe mode or do anything else. I've also tried not having the HDMI cable plugged into my 5700 XT when turning on my PC and waiting a few seconds after to plug it in, but my monitor just shows a no signal. Also have tried to hard shutdown my computer several times to get to the Windows repair screen, but it never gets to that screen.
Anyone know how to resolve this?
