Question Out of Range! message on Benq monitor while connecting PS4

I'm getting this message on my monitor when the PS4 is connected to my Benq monitor,

On my 2nd asus monitor and my TV works 100%, tried entering save mode but still black screen, I've tried different cables and no fix.
