my DVR not display to monitor, display is OUT OF RANGE H:63.9KHz V:^0Hz SEE USER'S MANUAL. pls help wt i'm doing

most probably the combination a specific resolution and vertical refresh rate set in DVR options isnt supported by your monitor, or it just defaults to an unsuported video setting with the type of connection you are using. can you use another signal input? if still you encounter the problem, try connecting it with a TV fist and do any necessary changes there first.!
