Any game i start the monitor goes "out of sync" and i have to reboot. What should i do?
(Pentium 4 2,5ghz - 768MbRAM - Mainboard Intel D845EPI - GeForce 4 MX 440 64MbVRAM - Monitor Samsung 753DFX - DirectX 9b - Nvidia 53.03)

You may have to reinstall your game. Or go to Display in the control panel and set your monitor settings to the one in the game you are playing....just turn down the Hz because like on my monitor it support 800x600 at 85hz and 1080x760 at 60hz, so if i had the Hz set at 85 when I went to play a game at 1080x760 then my monitor would stop displaying and I would have to restart.

My Rig:
AthlonXP 2000+ 1.677ghz
GeForce Verto FX5200 128mb DDR
Maxtor 7200RPM 80GB, Stock 40gb
Kingston 384MB DDR
Cendyne 52x24x52 CD-RW
Lite-On 4x DVD-RW
Go EMachines...🙁

What is likely happening is that the games are trying to use a refresh rate that your vid card/monitor combination cannot perform.

There is a setting in the Nvidia driver control panel called "refresh rate override", go in there and over ride the refresh rate for the specific resolution that you are using, try to hit something like 75-85Hz...60Hz tends to be a bit hard on the eyes.
