outlast whistle blower fps drop/hang/freeze issue

Hello everyone. I am having this weird issue in one PARTICULAR scene where the protagonist get caught by the police accompanied with the black suit guy. When i play the game for the 1st time the fps drop from 60 to 27 and 0 and freeze for 1 second in the scene where the guy sit beside the laptop and police hit him from behind. But when i restart to the game again after completely quit it and started to play it from the beginning and when i reach in the same scene fps did not drop whatsoever. And after quiting the game and start it all over again after 3/4 hours time the same thing happened (fps drop on that particular scene and this time drops to 0 and hang for half second or so its very short time) And again when i start it all over no fps drops whatsoever!!! Hard disk was working when these drops happens......... HDD led showing its working without a blink........

looks like phsyx is on cpu instead of gpu...............disabling it through olgame.ini fix it
