Have you tried at least uninstalling and reinstalling? Need to know more about the situation!

This is offtopic but most people don't reply to threads that they make like these anyways so here goes: Why do people continue to use archaically old outlook versions? Take that one for example, its about 6 years old, not saying it shouldn't work fine on the intended hardware, just wondering why.
