outlook 2010 not responding

I keep getting this message when I click on outlook 2010.

Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for brnbrand@charter.net.' reported error (0x8004DF00) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for brnbrand@charter.net. Error: Outlook Data File. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Fault is at brnbrand@charter.net as outlook cannot see account, so have a word with whomever controls the account/server.
