Outlook 2013 freezes/hangs

Hey guys,

First post here. I work in a small IT department and we recently (3 months ago) got Microsoft Office 2013 Standard. One user I have was working great up until yesterday. Outlook completely drags at the "loading profile" stage when it opens. If I manage to get past the "loading profile" stage, It will also completely crap out after a few minutes of use and freeze the whole computer. I cant end the process or anything. The user does have a hefty amount of email but that didn't seem to matter before.

I've followed this

I've tried:
-Disabling the protection our Antivirus has within Outlook
-Reinstalling and Repairing
-Archiving part of his inbox pst

Nothing seems to be working and its seems to happen either at the "loading profile" or just randomly craps out later.

Any help would be very well received. thanks!

If you have another computer around that you could transfer that outlook file too and open it up in outlook 2013 you can remove the possibility of his outlook file being corrupted and lean more towards the user profile / outlook 2013 configuration being damaged.

I thought of that but unfortunately the user has about 10-15 .psts he has in use
