I have a businesss email--
My computer crashed--I am still acessing email by webmail

I purchased new laptop--windows 7/Microsoft

Can I re-establise the outlook email again?

Outlook Express died with XP. If you are using webmail then it shouldn't matter what computer your using. If you were using just Outlook, then you will need the version of Office that has Outlook.

There is no Outlook Express for Windows 7. If you were using MS Outlook just reinstall it as ex_bubblehead suggested. Otherwise you can download and use Windows Live Mail 2011 as it is the replacement for Outlook Express in Windows 7 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29224). Or download another mail client such as Mozilla Thunderbird.
