Outlook express can't delete one certain E-mail from Inbox

Received an E-Mail from SuddenBlitz Alert yesterday. It can't be deleted or even moved to another folder. Get hourglass.
Cant close outlook express. (non responding popup)

Is your Outlook Express pointing back to a hotmail, yahoo, or some similar account? You can try deleting it from there. Another option would be to go into control panel and looking for mail. Then remove your mailbox and add it back. Please note, this will REMOVE your mailbox. You will need to add it back and anything not in your hotmail, yahoo, etc account will not be re-downloaded.

In outlook express go to file than folders across to compact or compact all folders.It may be your emails folders are full,you need to compact folders,than delete them.
