Outlook Express Error

Hi, everytime i close outlook express, i get this error

msimn.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f83189" referenced memory
at"0x00924edc".
The memory could not be "written". Click
ok to terminate the program.

I have reinstalled outlook express but no joy

Any help would be grateful
