Windows Mail Live has effectively replaced Outlook Express in Windows 7

You do not need anything other than a email account to place ads on Craigslist. Gmail, Yahoo, any web based email will work.

If you just like having an email program Outlook Express was replaced on Windows 7 with Windows Live Mail.
