Outlook Express on win95b

I have a compter running win95b on a k6-2 350 and have a problem ith outlook express. If I click on a message which dials up to the internet to get some pictures or something you can't stop it. You can click cancel till your hearts content but it just comes back. Any way that I can stop it dialing up when a message is clicked on?????

If you go into "Internet Options" from the Control Panel or IE, and go to the "Connections" tab, you can disable dialing. Hope that helps.
