Outlook Express/Outlook

I would like to change to Outlook and am currently using Outlook Express. How do I transfer all my email and address book to Outlook

The first time you run Outlook after you install it it will tell you it detected a previous email program (Outlook Exp) and will ask you if you want to import all of your files. Just follow along with the wizard.
