Outlook Mails Stuck At Outbox

A few days ago a friend of mine asked for help because she couldn't send or receive e-mails in outlook.

I contacted the mail provider and re-did the settings.It didn't work.

I resetted the router and configured the connection the way isp told me.Now she can receive e-mails but the sent mails are still stuck in outbox.The size of the e-mail or if it is with an attachment or not doesn't seem to matter.

I repaired the pst and ost files with scanpst.exe and deleted the srs file in roaming appdata.That didn't solve it as well.

What else can i do ? I don't want to reinstall outlook as we don't have a legal copy

That right there will not get you any help on this forum. Looks like its time to give Microsoft a friendly call and get a legal copy and ask for some help while your at it.

Do you see error message when sending emails out? The error code given by Outlook should be indicate what is the problem with your system. Sometimes, the error messagebox will dispappear very quickly so you'd better catch up with it.
