[SOLVED] Outlook Pst password help

Hey i have a old user that has set a password on the pst file, i cannot figure that password out. Would anyone be willing to help me out with this , i did some research before asking but they are requiring me to download something that don't trust or pay for.

Hey thats no problem, im a IT at a company and one of the users got terminated so i had to change the passwords for the PC/Programs, but they set one that they shouldnt off and im trying to export the contacts over for the new user but thats ok thanks.
