Monitors:
DELL S2716DG (144hz)
DELL U2718Q (60hz, 75hz w/ DP)

Build Basics:
1080ti
32G Trident X
Intel i7-8700K
ASUS Maximus X Hero

What I have done (numerous times over, out of desperation):
Enabled multi-monitor option in 'bios'
Installed/Uninstalled/Reinstalled drivers too many times ...
Pressed Win+P and clicked Extend
Replaced every single physical cable, without exception
Tried every single connector on the video card
Yes, both my monitor cables are plugged directly into my video card (Yes, I'm sure)
Yes, I am using DP cables to connect both of my monitors with my video card
Yes, I've tried using HDMI cables instead; receive same result

I'm perfectly stumped and I could really use some help. The only reason I bought two monitors, of course, is to use them simultaneously for this build. Please help me figure this out. I'm truly desperate now. =(

First go to Devices, and make sure that both monitors are showing up.

Go to Windows Display Properties. Then identify your primary monitor and secondary monitor. The primary monitor should be the one with the best spec's.

Then under Multiple Displays (still on Display Properties), select "Duplicate these displays".

Later you can fine tune things like refresh rates and resolutions.

This how I have setup my dual monitors. Also on the Display Properties page, under Display select Detect and Identify to bring up both monitors. Select the 144Hz monitor as your primary monitor. Otherwise later on your refresh rates and resolution will be limited to the 60 Hz monitor.
