Over Clocked my amd fx-8320 to 4.2Ghz now it is always boosted to 4.2GHz

So I over clocked my CPU and I noticed my when I checked my task manager that my CPU is always 4.2ghz and I am wondering how I can fix this so it fluctuates between a base and a boost

So one day I over clocked my regular amd cpu to around 4.2GHz then the next day I noticed that is was always boosted to max 4.2GHz is there any way I can make it so there is a base and a boost rather then just always at max ghz
