Over clocking and psu's questions

Hello

I have the i7 4790k and 16gb DDR3 ram and MSI Z97 gaming 7 mb.

If I plan to overclock, how much stress does it put on the psu?

I have a about a 5 year old Scythe Kamariki 4 750 watt psu. I checked the voltages and it seems to be good.

Should I get a new psu if I plan to over clock? Or should this psu be fine?

I have a i7 4790k with a stock cooler{will buy a liquid cooler this week}, 16gb DDR 3 ram, MSI Z97 Gaming 7 mb, 1 ssd, 1 hdd, {will buy a 2nd ssd and hdd}, GTX 660{soon to buy a GTX970 or 980ti}, will add led light stripps, will add a bottom case fan, has two front case fans and one rear case fan.

Even with a 980 ti, you'll still have plenty of room to overclock, i've never heard about the 750W version of tha PSU, but the 550W version is a decent PSU:
