Over clocking cpu

I was thinking about over locking my Ryzen 5 2600x with the stock cooler just a bit. I was wondering what settings would be the best and safest for the stock wraith spire cooler

Which MB ? If it exists in your BIOS just set TPU to 1 or 2.
