Over clocking fx-6300

Hello there,
I would like to know how much I can overclock an fx-6300, with an 80-110 dollar motherboard, a CPU air cooler/water cooler, a 500w psu and a corsair 200r.
I currently have a matx motherboard and stock cooler. So I would like to know what motherboard and cooler I could buy, how far I could overclock and the benefits.

With the M5A97 Evo R2.0 + CM Hyper 212 Evo you can expect 4.2~4.6Ghz depending on your chip & ambient temps.

well I have a msi 970a-g46 and a fx6300 and I have it clocked at 4.1 at 1.2v.so if I had a cooler I know I could get 4.6 or so
