over clocking help needed

Hello, I recently built a gaming pc and have been interested in over clocking cpu, but I have never over clocked anything before. Please tell me how to overclock it in the bios and what i should overclock it just enough so it will not get damaged, thankyou.

i can't find the dual intellegent prossesor programe he is using anywhere online
