Over clocking limitation

Hello. Ive recently decided to "OVERCLOCK" my pc but when i get in the bios its grayed out like Locked any way to get past this settings?

Processor: Intel Pentium Dual core e5400(dont ask why i havent upgraded it yet)
Graphics card: G33/G31 Express Family Chipset(Intregated graphics haha.)
Ram:2Gb(...)
Please tell me if i missed any important specs of my pc.

Your exact mobo model, this will determine if the mobo allows you or not to overclock your cpu.

But my mobo is a Asusrock G31m-s
