over clocking questions

I recently overclocked my 980ti (unnecessary but why not) using gigabyte OC guru II. My card has a base clock speed of 1064/1152 MHz and a memory clock of 7010 MHz. I overclocked to 1233/1321 MHZ gpu clock, 7040 MHz memory clock, an offset core voltage of 0.0625V and under 'target' I turned power up to 103%.

I benchmarked without overclock on unigen heaven at ultra quality and the highest preset settings at 1440p and got the following results: FPS: 47.1, Score: 1188, Min FPS: 26.1, Max FPS: 62.2.

I then benchmarked with the overclock and got these results: FPS: 50.4, Score: 1269, Min FPS: 27.7, Max FPS: 60.3.

Is this a good overclock? Could I possibly do better and still have stable performance?

Also during writing this, I've found that OC guru keeps changing my settings back to default and the default power is now 0% with a tempertaure of 90C. Any help with that?

I've never overclocked before and could use some guidance, thanks.

Every 980 Ti on the market has been pretty extensively tested at this point. You can probably get a good idea of what the card is capable of by googling the card model. Any good review site will have overclocked it in testing. I've been so happy with my 980 Ti I haven't even played with overclocking it yet and I've had it since last summer.
