Over clocking Tools

Do I need to use an over clocking tool like MSI Afterburner to help keep my graphics card cooler by controlling it's fan speeds automatically by temperature?

Graphic cards are programmed to cool itself by adjusting fan speeds automatically. you don't need an external overclocking tool for that.
