Over Current has Been detected USB Error!!

"Overcurrent has been detected on your usb device!! System will shutdown after 15 seconds to protect your mainboard" I'm getting this error when ever I boot up my PC I just built this pc and I already have problems first out of all people I got a faulty HDD another is coming and now this. I have tried everything I check my usb's they are in perfect condition I unplugged all of my usb and I just want it to work! I have an MSI H81M-34 with a rosewill challenger s case

First thing's first, disconnect the leads from the motherboard to the case's front USB ports. Then retry. You can't just unplug your USB devices - pins in the actual could be bent and touching each other, which is very frequently a source of this problem that you want to rule out.

That's what I meant as unplugged the usb's no disrespect. I shouldve been more clear

If no conventional fix works, let ur pc rest for 24hr, then disable usb legacy support and external power support from bios. Happened to me.
