but with new rig i have heat issue on 6700K on stock Clock none oc.
idle:40C
under load with aida64 after 1min : 97C
clean cpu and Fan and reinstall with Deepcool Z5 thermal grease.but nothing change,:??:
any idea can help a lot. Thx

Solution
Have you got enough airflow in the case?
Try removing the side panel and running the stress test then. If it doesn't help touch the bottom of the cooler, where the heatpipes touch the CPU. If it is very hot, like 60C then you probably need a bigger cooler. If you can touch it and keep you hand on it, then the thermal past between the CPU die and the IHS (integrated heat spreader) does not make a good contact and you have two options.
Either delid the CPU that I wouldn't recommend because it remover any warranty and it is hard because with Skylake, Intel uses a thinner, more fragile PCB in its CPUs.
The other and favourable option is to RMA your CPU because it is NOT normal for a CPU to run above 80C with a cooler like that.

thx with your guide i find this
1-without door heat never get up 73c
2-with case door get up 76c
3-with case door and Msi gtx970 get 87~90C
checked heat of pip
i feel heating so much on pips even aluminum blade when cpu fan not installed
but when fan working with 75C pips just a little bit warms
coolermaster silencio case have a 2 factory installed fan 140mm with 800rpm speed. one in fornt of case one in rear case .

"i feel heating so much on pips even aluminum blade when cpu fan not installed"
The cooler obviously gets hot when no fan is installed due to the lack of directed airflow.
But have you used it without the fan installed? Because that's insane. You always need to install a fan on this cooler because its surface area is not large enough to passively cool an i5/i7 CPU.

If you are using a fan on it just ignore what I wrote.

So When case door is on and gtx970 is stressed as well the 87-90°C is quite high so you need more airflow in that case.

What I'd do is I'd install both factory fans at the front and buy an extra for exhaust at the back of the case.
That would be the quietest option.
In terms of suggested brands I wouldn't say anything because you can get a very decent fan for £5-10 that is quiet and does the job well.
But don't buy the "quiet edition" of a fan. You can always decrease the RPM in the BIOS/UEFI so it is better to have the higher RPM just in case you need it.

The other way is to make sure that the two factory fans are running at their fastest speed because if you've connected the to the motherboard that might reduce the speed according to the CPU temperature. So make sure they are both running at full speed. If they are, go back to option one and buy an extra fan.

Hope it helps :D
