Need Tech support:
I have the following setup

FX8350 (Not over clocked)
GA 78LMT USB3 R2 Mobo.
10GB DDR3 (4+4+2) 1333Mhz RAM.
Sapphire 5450 DDR3 2GB GPU
Gigabyte 256GB SSD + WD blue 1TB 7200rpm HDD.
Thermaltech 550W 80+ Bronze RGB fan power Supply
Golden Field 6021b Casing
Antec Cooler
Dell S2240L 22inch (21.5) IPS monitor connected with HDMI.
Three 120mm RGB fan (Two for intake at front side & one exhaust)

Problem:
I usually render video on my PC. My Mobo getting excessive heat. I have added one additional fan that project air towards the main chipset on Mobo as well as through the whole mobo. But still Mobo chipset got 74"C+ temp if i set Processor to 100%. My GPU software have processor performance control.

I set it 85% or 2.8Ghz. At this setup when i start render on Pr Cs6, processor get 100 of total 85% busy and my mobo chip get 55-65"C temp. Processor temp remains between 40-50"C.

But when i set 100% performance (4.0Ghz) from GPU (ATI controller) and start render then processor get 100% of 100% busy then Mobo chip get 70-76"C temp. I have set warning temp for Mobo from bios to 70"C. Thus when it get 70+, beep start.

I observe my setup by 'Open hardware Monitor' apps. this match with my bios logic algorithm. Cause when "OHM" shows 70"C+ at chip, same time beep starts from Mobo.

N: B: FX 8350 is included on support list of my mobo at Gigabyte website.

Now i need a proper solution for this mobo or i have to change this mobo for FX8350?

Experts please help me.

It's almost certainly the budget motherboard. Budget AM3+ motherboards are absolutely notorious for throttling 125W AMD CPUs. You only want to run one of those CPUs on a 990FX or a few of the better 970 motherboards.

I wouldn't recommend investing in a new motherboard at this point. AM3+ is an ancient platform and a proper motherboard, even used, will like cost over $100. That's too much to dump into a 2012 platform. A better option would be to underclock the 8350 to the levels of an 8350E CPU (3.3 GHz compared to 4.0 GHz) and reduce the power needed.

Yes maybe this is the point. I have already under clock my CPU to 3.4Ghz (By AMD Catalyst control center app).
