Over heating problem with case and want SILENT system

I have a high-end gaming system (I-7 7700, 1080Ti) that I'd like very silent, but the current case is causing overheating problems. I don't wanna go ALL liquid cooled, but I'm open to a top mounted radiator for the CPU. Can anyone give me some recommendations?

the best is EVGA CLC go for it and i suggest to put ML pro fans from corsair
