this is my first ever pc. I have been using all kind of macs for years, but enough is enough from this company charging so much and offering so little.

this is my build that I have been planning and saving for it for months now. I read and watched a lot of youtube videos about almost every part in my build. However I'm still worried about if it is gonna actually work together. I checked https://pcpartpicker.com. and the only issue they show is this:
The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled.

I think I get it but I just need a conformation from you pc building experts :)

also I want you to kindly check the whole build as if it will work and if you have some advices(if there is a way I can save more money) , as you know it is costing me a lot.

the second question is:
does the different kinds of brands and mods of the same GPU really make a difference, as their prices seems to vary a lot. I just got the cheaper one, but is it really worth it to take something with an extra fan on the GPU for 300$ more?

and the last question is:
I got some zip ties but is there anything else I need or I might need in my build because I live in the other side of earth and returning or replacing something gonna be very hard and costly.

I will be using it for working (video editing in (adobe Premier, After Effect), 3d rendering and animating and modeling mostly in cinema 4d and Blender) and also will be playing a lot on it.

small note:
I will be replacing the original case fans with the corsair RGP fans (#3 120 for the front, #1 140 for the back) and I will be connecting them with an RGP strip to the Commando Pro so I can control them all via software.

Thanks in advance :)
