Overall frame drop overnight

So, today I launched my pc, and I immediatly noticed something was wrong.
For some reason my overall frames have dropped down and I just feel like everything is responding slower than normal (My pc worked fine the day before).
Also I got a 2nd screen hooked up, and I noticed that for example when I play a Youtube vid, it's very slow, when normally, i could run it on 1080p without any problems at all.
Also in games my frames have dropped from 60 to about 20. (Remember the day before it all worked perfectly)
Anyone any ideas what might solve this?
Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate
Geforce GTX 670
Intel Core i7-3820 CPU 3.60 GHz
8 Gb RAM

Post the rest of your build. Also you should check your temps for your parts, one of them could be overheating
