Overcharging batteries

If I fix the charger and battery shows that it is fully charged then I should remove the charger and let the laptop work on battery and repeat this proccess every time battery is discharged?

If there is no problem when I countinously fix charger to the battery without removal ?

If required to remove when should I remove it?

its totally fine to keep it plugged. many people just leave their laptops on the table and never unplug them, and they still work.
laptop batteries have "smart charging" if you know what i mean and it will not overchrge.
in fact, if u were to unplu, ischarge, plu in,recharge, etc, that would wear out the battery rather quickly!
