Question Overclock 3800x B450 Tomahawk Max

People here told me the best B450 VRM is the Tomahawk Max, and I want the 3800x. Can I get 4,4-4,5 GHz all cores with the B450 Tomahawk Max and the stock cooler? Do you recommend another B450 motherboard? Is neccesary a x470 motherboard? What do you recommend?

A 480 to 360mm AIO cooler or https://noctua.at/en/nh-d15 if you want those frequencies.

You need good low latency RAM that can overclock to 3800 with low timings. 3600 CL16 samsung b-die has a good change of getting there.

I have found a video about the VRM's on the B450 Tomahawk. I add it to my above post.

This reviewer is doing some overclocking using that motherboard.

I went for the Asrock X570 Taichi but you can save money by using an older motherboard. I am using PCIe 4.0, you can save a lot of money if you don't need PCIe 4.0.
