Overclock 8350 on Asrock 980DE3

So I just picked up an FX 8350 with the Wraith Cooler and would like to do a light over clock. I'm entirely new to overclocking tho and don't want to fry my computer or burn down my house. So I want to know first if it's safe to do so with the board I have. I've read a bit on the Wraith Cooler and have seen a lot of people get decent OC's out of it.

CPU: FX 8350
Cooler: Wraith Cooler
Mobo: Asrock 980DE3/U3S3
Storage: 1TB 7200rpm HDD
RAM: 8GB 1600MHz
GPU: GTX 1050ti
PSU: EVGA 450B Bronze
Case: Zalman Z3 Plus

Any thoughts would be great thanks

I wouldn't even consider OC on that motherboard. Weak VRM.

So the board just won't be able to supply enough stable power to actually keep it overclocked?

Exactly. 4+1 and no cooler on it. FX 8350 at 4.7 GHz can pull as much as 180W.
