Hi
my mb is Asus B450m-a and i have a kingstone 8gb 2666 Mhz ram, in Bios i found an option called Memory speed (i think so, i don't remember the exact phrase) i set 2993 and when restarted , in Task manager, ram speed is shown 2933 Mhz, is that called overclocking? does it hurt my pc?

Solution
Technically, yes, overclocking. As long as it is stable, no shouldn't harm anything. If your system crashes more often, it is the likely cause. You can try increasing memory voltage or taking a close look at the memory timings.
