Overclock Cooling Help!

Once I build my new gaming PC, I plan to overclock my i5-6600k to 4.2GHz. I am wondering if the CRYORIG H7 will be enough to keep my cpu cool. I am willing to go with watercooling if needed. Thanks!

Do not change a thing.
14nm runs cool, you will run out of vcore before you run out of cooling with the cryorig H7.
Your luck in the silicon lottery determines how high you can go.

As of 2/16/16
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.40v vcore.
I5-6600K
4.9 3% when delidded
4.8 38%
4.7 70%
4.6 83%
