Overclock E7200 Max VCore

hello. I am just wondering what the maximum voltage for the e7200 is because i plan on overclocking it with a Xigmatek s1283 sometime soon and i dont want to over-do it. I have oced this processor before, but i downclocked it until i get the new hsf, even though it was fine with the intel stock. also any other e7200 overclocking suggestions would be appreciated!

intel says the max voltage used should be 1.36 but personaly i ignore it if you plan on swapping out for a new cpu in a year or so
