overclock failed after forced shutdown

I think this is the right place for this thread, my computer froze up so I decided to restart it after a few minutes. Upon restart, the Asus overclock failed message appeared. Reset bios to default, didn't work. Disabled xmp, didn't work. Stuck on what to do now. Booting now displays overclock fail half the time, other half of boots go straight to bios.

Specs:
Asus Z170-P D3
16BG Corsair Vengence
Intel i7-6700k

You need to do a hard clear of the CMOS using the CLRTC jumper on the motherboard with the power disconnected from the computer, look in your motherboard manual on how to do it.

Cleared the CMOS and still no dice, every boot sends me to back to BIOS. My SSD is my boot drive and that is being detected but not recognized as the boot drive, and my HDD isn't being detected at all.
