I tried to tighten my Gskill Ripjaws DDR3 1600Mhz 12800CL9D timings to 7-7-7-21 and the overclock failed, bad move.

Now everytime I reboot the PC everything starts for a couple a seconds and then it shuts off, doing this continually on a loop. The only way to start it is by brutally unpluging power for some time and then putting it back on.

Now my stubborn Asus Z97 Sabertooth Mark 2 does not let me acess BIOS at all, I tried a thousand of methods and nothing. Clear CMOS, returning to default settings, remove battery, etc. When it starts, pressing F2 or DEL does nothing and then at the "Overclocking failed" screen the "F1 to acess SETUP" does not work also, it sends me right away to Windows!

It seems like my mobo assumes those timmings as default settings, as everything went default but the timmings overclock continues.

Need desesperately to acess bios, can you help me?

Solution
try reflashing the BIOS, cant hurt at this stage. download ASUS USB BIOS Flashback from utilities on your mobo website (youll need to use another PC). heres a guide.

looks like your mobo has one of those funky little autoflash buttons you can press with the USB in to flash the BIOS, so you might get lucky. let me know how it goes!
I used it but when the PC restarts it does that boot fail loop I told. After unpluging and starting it doesn't send me to BIOS...

Yes batery was out all night....

ok well final option will be to reflash the BIOS, but don't do that yet until we've exhausted every possibility. couple more checks, did you try resetting BIOS with the jumpers? (not sure if you can do it this way on that board but worth a try). also when you removed the CMOS battery before, did you remove the power cord from the PC? (important)

I also did that, switch the jumpers, with and without the battery removed and with our without power cord pluged to the PC. On those matters I tried a diferent combinations and waiting times and nothing....

It is not the first time that this BIOS is a pain in the @ss to acess after a failed overclock...but all those experiments before I managed it anyway but now it seems impossible. Such a stubborn mobo omg...
