What is the OC setting for MSI Afterburn and Dragon Center that I can set?

It's no problem if I use it for mining?

every card is different so only you can determine what will be stable by testing your card. you can slowly increase both mem and core clocks a bit at a time until things become unstable, then back it down just a bit. try starting at 150+ mem clock and +75 core and go from there
