Overclock fx6350 with stock cooler?

Should I overclock my fx6350 with the stock cpu fan/heatsink I got with the processor, or should I buy a different cpu fan.
If it helps I have
-m5a97 motherboard
-Ultra LSP 550
-XFX Radeon R9 270
-2 Modules of Ram 2gb each (I think 1333mhz)
-One 200 mm fan at the top and one more on the front and a 120mm fan in the backside.

You can get a mild OC witht he stock cooler but its recommended you just get a better cooler to begin with.
