Overclock gone bad, need help,

Hello,
got weird problem, anytime I try to login to winxp it logs in and logs off back again... loops and never stops... Happened after I tried to overclock my ati videocard with ati tray tools software(tryed to move to much at 1 time- got out range screen, reboot and then loops started), safe mode or vga doesn't help either .
have any ideas what can i do?

not possible to login, so impossible to restore anything, some one knows if it possible to create new user from winxp repair cd ?

restore last known good registry at boot up. tap f8 key and choose first part of sentence

only solution i found and it worked-
from recovery console"c:\copy c:\windows\repair\system c:\windows\system32\config"
