Overclock HD 7730M MSI Afterburner

I have a dell inspiron 15r turbo 7520.
I installed msi afterburner for overclocking my HD 7730M but it shows clock speed slider to be full at 575 MHz which is its stock clock speed. I read it can be increased to 675MHZ but it is not letting me. See this screenshot of MSI Afterburner : http://imgur.com/a/nMpDw

I wouldn't. Overclocking the laptop gpu is almost always a bad idea as the thermal limit is hit very quickly.

I have Dell Inspiron 15R turbo 7520 with HD 7730m. I installed Msi Afterburner for overclocking but all it only shows me 575 HZ(which is stock clock speed) and doesnt let me increase it. It does let me decrease it though.
I m on win10 64 bit, Amd crimson 16.11.5 drivers.
