overclock i5-3337u integrated graphics

My friend has a laptop with an i5-3337u that he uses for gaming but its pretty slow especially compared to mine which has an i5-3210m. After doing some research I found that the integrated graphics on the 3337u is clocked at 350 Mhz while the 3210m is clocked at 650. So is it possible to clock the 3337u up to 650 mhz or will it pretty much get too hot

i cant over clock the cpu but this question was can i over clock the gpu in it (integrated graphics)
