I just built my first gaming rig, quick specs:
I5 4690k
Gigabyte z97mx gaming 5 mobo
Gigabyte gtx 970 3x
8gb 1866mhz ram
LEPA 240mm aquachanger AIO cooler

New to overclocking and was able to get it to 4.4ghz @ 1.24v. I decided I wanted to hit 4.5ghz as my target frequency.

After a couple days of bsods I finally was able to pass an 8 hr stress test with ROG Realbench. Here are the settings I used to pass:
4.5ghz
Vcore 1.29 (cpuid reads 1.287)
Input voltage 1.9v
Ring bus 1.2v
Uncore x42

My max core temps under load were 67,66,66,65

My question is would this be a safe oc for everyday use? Voltage is higher than others that I've seen hitting 4.5ghz, just want to know if I'll be ok rolling with this voltage/temps .

Also are there any other settings I need to change? Xmp is off right now

Thanks!
