overclock i5 750

i am new to overclocking as in never seen it done or attempted. i need a guide on overclocking my i5 750. my motherboard is the biostar tpower i55. any help is appreciated. and if i can get a guide on ocing my powercolor pcs+7950 that would be great. thank.

You should be able to get your Core i5-750 above 4 GHz.
