overclock in my i3 550

Hello everybody, i have a i3 550 3.2 ghz and i want overclock this to 3.5 or 3.6 stable can someone help me ?

What cooler do you have on it? You may need to get a new one if it is stock Intel cooler because that may overheat it. The best way to OC is in your motherboard BIOS.

i know that but i dont know what setting i put to overclock to 3.5ghz
