Question overclock intel (R) hd graphics 4000 on dell latitude E6430

hi guys
i played word of warcraft on my dell latitude E6430 with my intel (R) hd graphics 4000
but after shadowland prepatch i cant play any more, fps is very low, it start with 16 and go down to 2
because of some reason i cant buy a new laptop or pc
i wanted to overclock or change setting
in control panel, intel graphic, power or 3d there isnt any option to change, i dont know, maybe dell blocked it
i installed intel extreme tuning utility but there isnt any graphic tuning tab, i dont know maybe intel or dell blocked that
anyone can help me how to improve my graphic to play?
cpu: core i7
ram 8 GB 1600 MHza

Have you consider getting a GPU and not playing on HD graphics which is basic as you can get

buy a internal graphic card? can u give me more information?
internal or external?
it is really hard to find external graphic card in my country
even its hard to find external PCI express dock
i searched and didnt find in website or shops

You aren't going to be able to overclock integrated graphics on a laptop.

You MIGHT be able to allocate more vram to the igpu in a bios setting, but I don't think this will help.

Intel HD isn't meant for gaming.

i checked all bios setting, there isnt any option to alocate more shared ram to graphic
system automatically shared 2 GB ram to graphic
