Overclock is on or not

Guys, I want to ask you how to know if the cpu is overclocked or not?

check the speed with a program like CPU-z and something to put it under load, like prime95

Get RealTemp and if the base speed is faster than stock. Like stock is 3.0 and overclock is 3.4
