[SOLVED] Overclock My CPU with bios downgrade

[Brandan's Problem]

I have a Dell Optiplex with an i7 4770 with a GTX 1050 Super MSI GPU and 16GB of Ram. I want to overclock my CPU with Intel XTU but the overclocking section is greyed out so I can't change anything. This is most likely because of the bios, so can anyone help me and tell me what bios I need to download fo this to work.

If the CPU is a non K version then you cannot overclock as they are locked. Only the K CPU's are unlocked for overclocking. You can try one way and that is through the BIOS and playing around with BKCLK overclocking but it is very hit or miss...

I have heard that you can overclock non-K CPU's with a msi motherboard.
